Job summary

You will collaborate with product, technology, operations, risk, and compliance to enhance offerings, develop interfaces and dashboards, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while delivering solutions that improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in banking or corporate trust services.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposit/loan administration and treasury management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Experience in application testing and creating test cases.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, pivot tables, and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design for applications and solutions.
• Lead system testing, including UAT and validation for technology enhancements.
• Collaborate with product, IT, operations, risk, and control to enhance product offerings.
• Create and oversee interfaces, data flows, and dashboards to ensure seamless data transfer and performance.
• Advise on technology direction and drive delivery of solutions that improve business performance.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and operational standards are met in all implementations.
