Smart Apartment Data is seeking a self-directed Business Analyst to lead projects from initiation to close, translating data into actionable recommendations. This fully remote role combines project management with data analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end projects, coordinating stakeholders, validating data, and turning findings into leadership-ready guidance. Requires 3+ years in business analysis or related roles and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, operations analysis, or a similar role.
• Track record of independently leading projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret business data and draw practical conclusions.
• Clear and concise written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Own projects end to end, including planning, timelines, owners, deliverables, and completion
• Coordinate stakeholders across teams and keep projects moving
• Gather, organize, and validate business data from across the company
• Analyze operational, financial, customer, product, and market data for trends, gaps, and risks
• Turn findings into clear recommendations for leadership
• Document requirements, decisions, processes, and project updates
