Job summary

Technology Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with robust Commercial P&C and MGA experience to support the Sure Commercial implementation. You will manage requirements from MGA stakeholders, translate them into configurations, and collaborate across product, QA, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will understand the MGA lifecycle, including underwriting and policy transactions, with strong client-facing communication and Agile/Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with significant Commercial P&C exposure.
• Strong MGA lifecycle knowledge from submission to renewals.
• Experience with MGAs, specialty insurers or delegated underwriting organizations.
• Experience with commercial insurance platform implementations and configuration.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into user stories, workflows and specs.
• Experience with SIT/UAT testing and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from MGA stakeholders and underwriters.
• Translate requirements into Sure Commercial configuration, user stories, workflows and specs.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and define configuration vs. integration needs.
• Support commercial insurance product, underwriting, rating and policy transactions.
• Define broker submission and submission-to-bind workflows.
• Support integrations with rating engines, carriers, brokers and downstream systems.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, processes and business rules.
• Support SIT, UAT, testing, defect analysis and sign-off.
• Facilitate client workshops with product owners, architects, developers and QA teams.
