Technology Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Commercial P&C and MGA experience to support the Sure Commercial implementation for the United States, remote. The role emphasizes gathering requirements, translating them into configurations, writing user stories, and coordinating SIT/UAT with underwriters, product owners, and QA teams.

8+ years of BA experience is preferred, with deep MGA lifecycle knowledge and experience with multiple actuarial/underwriting

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with significant Commercial P&C experience.
• Strong understanding of the MGA business model and underwriting lifecycle.
• Experience with MGAs, specialty insurers, program administrators or delegated underwriting organizations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial P&C, underwriting, appetite, eligibility, rating, quote/bind and policy transactions.
• Experience with at least one commercial insurance platform.
• Commercial experience highly preferred.
• Strong experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows and business rules.
• Experience with implementation, configuration, SIT and UAT.
• Strong client-facing communication and Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform fit-gap analysis and define configuration vs. integration requirements.
• Support commercial insurance product, underwriting, rating and policy transaction requirements.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and business rules.
• Support SIT, UAT, testing, defect analysis and business sign-off.
• Facilitate client workshops and work closely with product owners, architects, developers and QA teams.

Role: Senior Business Analyst- Commercial P&C/ MGA Duration: Long Term Location: United States- Remote Experience: 8+ Years Experience with Commercial Lines and Workers' Compensation is highly desirable.

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Commercial P&C insurance and MGA experience to support implementation of Sure Commercial. The ideal candidate should understand the complete MGA insurance lifecycle, including broker submissions, appetite/eligibility, underwriting, risk assessment, rating, quote, bind, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from MGA stakeholders and underwriters.

• Exposure to JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Postman or SQL
