Technology Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Commercial P&C and MGA experience to support the Sure Commercial implementation. The role requires understanding the end-to-end MGA lifecycle from broker submissions through policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with significant Commercial P&C experience.
• Strong MGA understanding and underwriting lifecycle.
• Experience with MGAs, specialty insurers or delegated underwriting organizations.
• Experience with implementation, configuration, SIT and UAT.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements from MGA stakeholders and underwriters.
• Translate requirements into Sure Commercial configuration, user stories, workflows and specs.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and define configuration vs. integration needs.
• Support commercial insurance product, underwriting, rating and policy transactions.
• Define broker submission and submission-to-bind workflows.
• Integrate with rating engines, carriers, brokers and downstream systems.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Facilitate client workshops with product owners, architects, developers and QA teams.
