Technology Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Commercial P&C insurance and MGA experience to support the Sure Commercial implementation. The ideal candidate will understand the MGA lifecycle from broker submissions to policy issuance and renewals.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements from MGA stakeholders, translating them into configuration and user stories, performing fit-gap analysis, supporting SIT/UAT, and working with product owners,

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with significant Commercial P&C experience.
• Strong understanding of the MGA business model and underwriting lifecycle.
• Experience with MGAs, specialty insurers, program administrators or delegated underwriting organizations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial P&C, underwriting, appetite, eligibility, rating, quote/bind and policy transactions.
• Experience with at least one commercial insurance platform.
• Commercial experience highly preferred.
• Strong experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows and business rules.
• Experience with implementation, configuration, SIT and UAT.
• Strong client-facing communication and Agile/Scrum experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Commercial P&C insurance and MGA experience to support implementation of Sure Commercial.

The ideal candidate should understand the complete MGA insurance lifecycle, including broker submissions, appetite/eligibility, underwriting, risk assessment, rating, quote, bind, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from MGA stakeholders and underwriters.
• Translate business requirements into Sure Commercial configuration, user stories, workflows and functional specifications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and define configuration vs. integration requirements.

• Exposure to JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Postman or SQL
