You will gather requirements from MGA stakeholders and translate them into configurations, user stories, and workflows, supporting the full insurance lifecycle from submission to renewals. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in business analysis within Commercial P&C, experience with MGAs or delegated underwriting, and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis with Commercial P&C experience.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document business requirements from MGA stakeholders and underwriters.
• Translate requirements into Sure Commercial configuration, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and define configuration vs. integration needs.
• Support commercial insurance product, underwriting, rating and policy transactions.
• Define broker submission and submission-to-bind workflows.
• Support integrations with rating engines, carrier and downstream systems.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and business rules.
• Support SIT, UAT, testing and defect analysis.
• Facilitate client workshops with product owners, architects, developers and QA teams.
