Responsibilities

• Reads external files from clients in various data formats.
• Helps ensure files are converted in the system utilizing multiple data applications to workflow standard output file formats.
• Verifies converted files to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
• Collaborates with Project Managers, Market Account Specialists and other customer support roles to meet customer expectations.
• Schedules conference calls and regular updates with clients and vendors on process status or changes.
• Collaborates with internal teams to address customer needs and communicate feedback.
• Makes recommendations for product enhancements.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope above.
