Qualifications

• 6+ years design experience with senior-level capability
• Strong portfolio in event, campaign, and system design
• Experience building brand enablement for internal/external partners

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design across brand experiences, campaigns, and events
• Develop scalable visual systems spanning print, digital, motion, and environmental applications
• Own end-to-end design delivery and communicate with internal teams, agencies, and contractors
• Create system documentation and brand guidance to ensure consistent execution
• Build enablement resources (templates, docs) for broad brand usage
• Maintain and evolve core brand systems (typography, color, logo usage) across touchpoints
• Collaborate with events, social, web, and product teams; partner with animation and illustration as needed
