Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage full-charge bookkeeping for US real estate entities. You will handle multi-entity ledgers, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly closes to deliver accurate P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.

Strong QuickBooks Online/Desktop skills and English (C1) are required, with the ability to explain numbers clearly to owners. This remote, full-time role follows US business hours from Mexico.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-charge bookkeeping for US businesses.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Experience with multi-entity/LLC books and month-end close.
• C1 English, able to explain numbers clearly to owners.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-charge bookkeeping across multiple entities.
• Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements; clean chart of accounts.
• Manage AP/AR, invoicing, vendor payments and collections.
• Track property income, expenses, deposits and intercompany transfers.
• Close books monthly with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Prepare tax-ready files for CPA, including 1099s.
• Clean up historical books when needed.
