AECOM seeks a skilled BMS Lead to design and oversee contractor implementation of building management systems. You will work with clients, architects, M&E teams, and senior management to align projects with client needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.

You will manage complex initiatives from feasibility through commissioning, including specifications, tendering, cost analysis, and progress reporting. Travel nationally and operate in a hybrid/remote setup as needed.

Formación

• HNC or degree in building services, electrical engineering, or computer science.
• BMS experience with Trend, Tridium, or Niagara.
• Competent in cause & effect matrices, specifications, and commissioning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and oversee contractor implementation of BMS systems and ensure regulatory and sustainability requirements are met.
• Engage with clients, architects, M&E teams, contractors, and senior management to build strong relationships and provide expert advice.
• Manage complex projects from feasibility to close-out, including specs, tender management, cost/bid analysis, and progress reporting.
• Conduct system surveys, FAT/SAT testing, provide clear reports and training to optimize performance.
• Drive business development, mentor the BMS team, and contribute to innovation in smart building technologies.
• Promote SH&E best practices and ensure compliance across projects.
• Support integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems using open standards and BMS tech like Trend, Tridium, Niagra.
• Willingness to travel nationally; balance office and hybrid/remote work arrangements.
