Job summary

Armada is seeking a Senior Data Center BIM Designer to lead the integrated BIM model across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, controls, and ICT for modular data centers. You will own drawing standards, libraries, and naming conventions, and coordinate with product and engineering leadership from day one.

Based in the continental US, this remote-based role requires travel of about 10–20% to project sites, fabrication facilities, and vendor locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on BIM/CAD design and drafting experience in commercial, industrial, or modular projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with multi-discipline model coordination.
• Ability to build BIM/drawing standards, libraries, templates, and naming conventions.
• Autonomy to define the playbook and travel 10–20% globally.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated, all-discipline BIM across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, controls, and ICT.
• Develop and govern drawing libraries, templates, and naming conventions for CSA and MEP.
• Coordinate cross-discipline design, run clash detection, and serve as escalation point.
• Define scalable BIM templates for new product development (Galleon/Leviathan/Orion) and support MDC deployments.
