Lyft is seeking an experienced AR Operations & Billing professional to generate and review invoices for domestic and international accounts. You will reconcile billing data with financial records, manage the full billing cycle, and resolve discrepancies with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires multi-currency billing expertise, knowledge of VAT/GST/WHT, and collaboration with Tax, Legal, and Sales teams in a hybrid office setting.

Formación

• Diploma or related field.
• 4–6 years in billing, finance, or related field, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
• Proficiency in billing software and financial systems (Oracle Fusion, Zuora, Salesforce).
• Advanced Google Suite experience (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Experience with multi-currency billing, FX reconciliations, and currency conversion workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and review invoices across domestic and international accounts.
• Reconcile billing data with financial records for integrity.
• Manage end-to-end billing cycle ensuring timely invoicing.
• Address billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
• Support multi-currency billing workflows including FX and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, GST, WHT and e-invoicing rules.
