Job summary

PeopleFinders, LLC is seeking a Senior BI & Marketing Analyst to turn data into timely reporting and actionable insight, with a focus on performance marketing. You will partner with leadership and execute analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, including presenting to executives and writing SQL.

The role offers a remote work option in the US, with salary between $110,000 and $120,000. Experience with Domo, SQL, and multi-source data is required for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business intelligence or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in a modern BI platform with Domo required.
• Experience supporting a performance marketing or growth team.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze multi-source data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer acquisition performance across paid channels and suggest optimizations.
• Build and maintain reporting on subscription funnel economics by channel.
• Analyze A/B and pricing tests to guide decisions on page content, UX, offers, and pricing.
• Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources into clear reporting; automate dashboards.
