Job summary

Twilio is seeking a senior BI engineering professional to strengthen go-to-market data, analytics, and decision-support systems across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. You will build robust data models, implement automated quality checks, and deliver scalable BI infrastructure with reproducible analytics practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI/analytics engineering, data engineering, or related field; GTM/sales analytics preferred.
• Experience with Tableau for executive reporting and sales analysis.
• Advanced SQL and data-modeling experience.
• Ability to align stakeholders around key metrics and definitions.
• Experience with data-quality, testing, CI/CD, or data-observability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify revenue-operations insights and provide recommendations that improve business performance.
• Build and maintain data models supporting go-to-market reporting and strategic analysis.
• Develop automated reconciliation, data-quality checks, testing, and observability practices to detect discrepancies before they affect reports or dashboards.
• Create clear visualizations and executive-facing analytics that make complex findings actionable for varied audiences.
• Treat dashboards and semantic layers as code by using version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to make BI infrastructure reproducible and scalable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, reconcile, and standardize critical business metrics, while mentoring others and improving analytics practices.
