Job summary

Releady is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to turn data into decisions for leadership across retail, supply chain, finance, and customer experience. You will design, build, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical models in a hybrid SQL Server/Azure environment with Power BI in production for over a decade.

The role blends new development with ongoing maintenance, roughly 60/40, and requires strong SQL, SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BI with ownership of reports for business stakeholders.
• Strong SSRS report authoring and web portal security administration.
• Hands-on Power BI development in production environments.
• Experience with SSAS and SSIS; SQL fundamentals.
• Excellent English communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver SSRS and Power BI dashboards.
• Write and optimize SQL objects: tables, views, procedures, functions.
• Develop SSIS packages to move and transform data.
• Advise partners and educate users on data insights.
• Translate requests into documented requirements and manage projects end to end.
• Support platform modernization as Azure migration progresses.
