OU Health seeks a Business Intelligence Developer I to implement reporting content and analytics assets from Epic data sources. You will design, test, and deploy reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics for end users, coordinating with BI developers to meet complex needs.

The role supports end users, maintains analytics catalogs, and contributes to data governance while advancing your BI skills in a healthcare IT environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-3 years of analytics experience required; healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Cogito Fundamentals and Cogito Tools Administration required within six months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Configure and test Epic content for Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar dashboards, and Cogito SQL.
• Develop content to display Epic data in Tableau/PowerBI.
• Distribute analytics content to data consumers and educate end users on data usage.
• Provide development support for projects and review peer reports for validity.
• Translate data consumer needs into actionable analytics content with SMEs.
• Triage and resolve end-user requests with scope for independent work.
• Maintain analytics catalog and metadata records; build strong operational relationships.
