Job summary

MSR Technology Group seeks a Senior BI & Analytics Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse in healthcare. You will build complex dashboards and data solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

You will collaborate with DBAs, data modelers, and business stakeholders, gather requirements, and present deliverables while ensuring data quality and timely insights for claims and enrollment data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tableau and Power BI development.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL development.
• Experience developing complex SQL scripts and/or stored procedures.
• Experience with Teradata, DB2, Oracle, or similar enterprise database technologies.
• Strong BI, reporting, analytics, and data visualization experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Springfield, IL before starting.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Senior BI & Analytics Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse environment within the healthcare and human services space. This is a hands‑on development role for someone with strong Tableau, Power BI, and advanced SQL experience who can build complex dashboards, analytics, visualizations, reports, and data solutions.

What You’ll Do
