Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support the expansion of value-based programs, working with providers to achieve success on the Service Fund team. You will report to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence.

You will develop, implement and evaluate new programs while maintaining current initiatives, using SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Excel to drive insights and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in data analysis or Master's with 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Utilize complex SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other tools to drive process improvement and support value-based relationships.
• Research and produce monthly activity reports to interpret data for current and proposed programs.
• Assist in creating reports and ad hoc requests using Excel and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Provide support for payments to value-based specialists.
• Assist in evaluating new value-based program opportunities.
