Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with backend emphasis.
• BS in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Proficient in software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience building backend services with high availability.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI tooling.
