Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Social Media Lead to shape our organic strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and X. You will craft platform-specific content to drive leads, engagement, and employer branding while partnering with marketing, lifecycle, and customer teams.

You will monitor trends, analyze performance, and collaborate with executives to develop relevant webinar topics and content. Remote-friendly with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Qualifications

Five+ years in B2B social media, digital marketing or content marketing.
Experience planning and executing organic social media on LinkedIn and Reddit.
Up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithms and best practices.
Strong copywriting, editing, storytelling, and content planning skills.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for campaigns and webinars.
Experience creating or editing visual assets and video content preferred.
Experience marketing to small businesses or in HR or business services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage organic social media calendars across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and X.
Create platform-specific content to support lead generation and employer branding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and brand consistency.
Provide employees and executives with compelling social content and advocacy support.
Monitor social listening, identify trends, and spot growth opportunities.
Track KPIs, analyze engagement and conversion data, and report insights.
