Jobgether is seeking a Social Media Specialist based in the United States. You will manage organic channels, craft platform-specific content, and support campaigns targeting small business owners and decision-makers.

You'll collaborate with marketing teams and executives, coordinate webinars, and oversee multimedia content from concept through production, with a focus on performance analytics and lead generation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English, digital media, or related field preferred.
• At least five years of experience in B2B social media, digital marketing, or related field.
• Experience planning, creating, and executing organic social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Up-to-date understanding of social media trends, algorithms, channels, and audience behavior.
• Strong copywriting, editing, storytelling, and content planning skills.
• Analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute the organic social media calendar across LinkedIn, Meta platforms, Reddit, and X.
• Create platform-specific social content to support lead generation and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and ensure brand consistency.
• Provide publishing support to senior leaders to amplify brand messaging.
• Use social listening tools to identify conversations and trends relevant to small business owners.
• Track KPIs, analyze engagement and conversion data, and prepare reports with optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate prospect-focused webinars, including logistics and promotion.
• Evaluate webinar analytics and develop topics for future sessions.
• Develop video concepts and coordinate production for social content.
• Capture photography and video at company events when required.
