Soleo Health is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud and Network Engineer to own our Microsoft Azure platform and hybrid connectivity. You will set the engineering standards, lead IaC development, and collaborate with Security, Data Platform, and Finance to ensure reliability and cost governance.

The role is senior, hands-on, and enterprise-wide, focusing on Azure infrastructure for healthcare applications, data platforms, and integrations. Expect collaboration with multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cloud infrastructure, network engineering, platform, DevOps, or SRE.
• 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Azure platform end-to-end, including architecture, networking, automation, security, cost, and reliability.
• Design, administer, and troubleshoot Azure networking and hybrid connectivity (VNets, NSGs, firewall, ExpressRoute, Private Link).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC modules (Terraform or Bicep).
• Lead reliability engineering: SLOs, observability, incident response, and postmortems.
