Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to identify, design, and deliver automation solutions that drive efficiency and business value across the organisation. You will work with stakeholders at all levels and mentor developers within the GSBS Automation team.

The role emphasizes leveraging UiPath, Power Automate, and other automation platforms, integrating APIs, and advancing AI and intelligent automation initiatives. Remote-friendly with occasional travel to Corby, UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Extensive knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or similar.
• Experience building automation across the full delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess automation opportunities, recommending suitable solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT and process owners to gather requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues and ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
• Mentor developers and grow the wider automation community.
