Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced CPA-led audit professional for a remote role with frequent travel to client sites between Naples and Tampa, FL. You will lead full‑cycle audits, plan engagements, and serve as the main client contact throughout the audit process.

Present audit findings and financial statements to clients, oversee junior staff, and help grow with the firm by taking on increasing responsibility while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license preferred; candidates with an inactive license or actively pursuing CPA will be considered.
• CIRA (Condo/HOA) audits experience strongly preferred OR Yellowbook experience.
• Demonstrated stability and loyalty to prior firms.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Desire to grow with the firm and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle audits from planning through completion with minimal oversight
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients throughout the audit process
• Identify and resolve audit issues independently
• Oversee and mentor junior staff
• Present audit reports and financial statements directly to clients
