Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced professional to lead data analytics within the Internal Audit portfolio. You will design and execute analytics across the full audit lifecycle, partnering with teams to embed AI capabilities into audit methodologies.

Responsibilities include developing analytic dashboards, guiding analysts, and ensuring regulatory and governance standards. This role is fully remote across the United States with preference for footprint in Advocate Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent required.
• Advanced coursework in analytics, technology, or AI preferred.
• Experience leading data analytics within audits or healthcare necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics across all audit lifecycle phases in a large healthcare system.
• Design risk-based analytic procedures including full-population testing and continuous auditing.
• Integrate analytics into audit planning, testing, issue identification, and reporting.
• Develop and interpret analytic results and present clear conclusions to audit leadership.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support audit reporting and portfolio oversight.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to auditors and analysts; mentor junior staff.
