Christianson PLLP is seeking a Senior Audit Accountant to join our team in a flexible, remote-capable role across the United States. The position emphasizes hands-on auditing and complex accounting matters, with a focus on building strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA is preferred or actively pursuing CPA credentials, and 2+ years of public accounting experience with audits or related services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with simple to complex accounting matters, focusing on audit and attestation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and research skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to train and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Consulting on complex accounting transactions and ensuring quality work compliant with standards.
• Engage client stakeholders (audit committees and management) to identify and deliver timely advice.
• Support business development and cultivate client relationships to strengthen the firm.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors, Managers, or Partners.
