The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of investment banking transaction experience, strong financial modeling and client-management skills, and excels in fast-paced environments requiring collaboration with senior deal makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of transaction experience in investment banking.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling, writing and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of transactions from pitching to closing deals.
• Oversee analysts’ daily tasks and deliverables.
• Create offering memoranda and pitch books, financial analysis and models.
• Support senior deal makers in client engagements and business development.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain attention to detail.
