Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of investment banking transaction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven client management abilities and professional demeanor.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of transactions, from pitching prospects to closing deals.
• Oversee daily tasks of analysts.
• Create offering memoranda, pitch books and financial models.
• Support senior deal makers in client engagements and business development.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables with attention to detail.
