Qualifications

  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working on live M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

  • Build and review financial models, including DCF, LBO, merger, and comparable company analyses.
  • Perform valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence for M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch books, management presentations, board materials, and transaction marketing documents.
  • Support execution of sell-side, buy-side, debt, and equity transactions from launch through closing.
  • Conduct industry and company research to identify strategic opportunities and market trends.
  • Manage transaction workstreams and coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Review analyst work product and help develop junior team members.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development and origination efforts.
