Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of transaction experience in investment banking.
• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Proven client management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participating in all aspects of transactions, from pitching prospects to closing deals.
• Overseeing analysts’ daily tasks.
• Creating offering memoranda and pitch books, financial analysis/modeling, marketing idea creation/execution, participating in conference calls and meetings.
• Working with senior deal makers to support and lead client engagements, business development and day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring first-rate deliverables for internal and external end-users with attention to detail.
