Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors is seeking a Senior Associate to join our growing team. This remote opportunity is open to candidates located in the greater Chicago area.

You should have 3–4 years of investment banking transaction experience and demonstrated professionalism with strong client management, written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess finance and accounting knowledge, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities to support deals and prepare materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of transaction experience in investment banking.
• Proven professionalism, client management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge with ability to drive deliverables.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to interact with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of transactions from pitching to closing.
• Oversee analysts’ daily tasks and deliverables.
• Create offering memoranda, pitch books, financial analysis and modeling.
• Support and collaborate with senior deal makers on engagements and marketing.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail.
