Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or 10+ years of asset management/project management experience.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (power, oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing, steel, mining).
• Strong understanding of inspection planning, asset lifecycle decision-making, and program governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site inspection and asset management programs across facilities.
• Coordinate client expectations, budgets, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Guide inspection strategies, risk prioritization, and program improvements; support repairs and capital planning.
• Hire, supervise, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
• Manage concurrent projects and ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality compliance.
