You'll work with product and design to transform foundation models into reliable, scalable features, focusing on UX, speed, and polish while shipping end-to-end with ownership and async collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company.
• Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals across the full stack.
• Experience shipping end-to-end features with measurable impact.
• User-centric mindset with focus on UX, speed, and polish.
• Ability to shape problems with minimal PM overhead.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered product features that feel native, fast, and delightful.
• Collaborate with product and design to prototype intelligent workflows.
• Design backend services for natural language interfaces and agent workloads.
• Optimize prompts and model behavior; evaluate performance.
• Guide our agent platform to let third parties bring agents into core Linear experience.
• Contribute to AI-integration infrastructure that is reliable and privacy-aware.
