Job summary

Integrated Dermatology seeks a Sr Accounts Payable Manager to lead the invoice-to-pay cycle across multiple entities and practice locations. The role drives Coupa configuration, standardized intake methods, and automation to reduce manual processing.

You will supervise 2–3 AP specialists, ensure accrual accuracy, and maintain strong internal controls while coordinating with Treasury and Procurement for optimized cash flow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Accounts Payable experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments.
• Strong knowledge of 2-way/3-way matching and approval workflows.
• Understanding of accrual accounting and month-end close support.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Healthcare, physician practice management, or MSO experience.
• Experience implementing AP automation or workflow redesign.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the invoice-to-pay cycle across multiple entities and locations.
• Configure and implement Coupa and Coupa Pay; manage invoice routing and methods.
• Enforce standardized invoice intake: EDI, OCR, vendor portal, email.
• Drive automation adoption to reduce manual processing.
• Design 2-way and 3-way matching processes.
• Maintain approval matrix per authority levels.
• Ensure proper GL coding and accrual accuracy; support month-end close.
• Maintain vendor W-9 compliance and 1099 preparation.
• Supervise 2–3 AP Specialists; establish KPIs; train staff.
• Create SOPs for scalable organization.
• Partner with Treasury on payments and cash optimization.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Operations on spend visibility.
