Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a Senior AOC Operations & Technology Program Manager to bridge commercial airline OCC practices with Air Operations Center modernization. This full-time remote role supports the Kessel Run division and requires coordinating across product, operations, and software teams.

The role focuses on translating CDM concepts, disruption management, and resource optimization into cloud-native C2 capabilities for the warfighter, within an Agile/DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in a related field.
• 5+ years of operational management experience within a major commercial airline, air cargo carrier, or airline operations technology provider.
• OCC / Dispatch background: Direct experience operating within or building technology for a commercial Network Operations Control Center (NOCC/OCC).
• Aviation Domain Knowledge: Understanding of flight operations, dispatch workflows, slot and flow management, disruption recovery (IROP), and crew/aircraft schedule optimization.
• Leadership & Change Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process change across operational workgroups.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise software product teams, operational leaders, and system architects to translate operational needs into roadmaps and requirements.
• Translate commercial CDM frameworks and ATM flow strategies to military airspace planning and dynamic tasking.
• Collaborate in an agile/DevSecOps environment to design cloud-native C2 capabilities for the warfighter.
• Drive change management to move from legacy systems to automated, cloud-based applications.
• Prepare operational impact analyses and business cases to justify modernization investments.
• Travel may be required up to 25%.
