Job summary

DCS Corporation seeks a Senior AOC Operations & Technology Program Manager to bridge commercial airline operations with Air Operations Center modernization. The role supports the Kessel Run division and is fully remote.

Responsibilities include translating OCC/NOCC concepts into cloud-native C2 capabilities, guiding product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Requires active Secret clearance eligibility and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in related field.
• Experience with OCC/NOCC environments and aviation operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive modernization initiatives.
• Strong communication, briefing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial aviation practices into military AOC software concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to define roadmaps.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance metrics for modern C2 software.
• Drive change management to migrate from legacy systems to cloud-based solutions.
