Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced military education preferred.
• 15+ years of DoD or national security program leadership.
• Experience leading large, complex programs with cost/schedule/risk responsibility.
• Experience briefing senior military, civilian, and industry leaders.
• Understanding of AOC operations, air tasking, and live system constraints.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Falconer/AOC program strategy and execution.
• Maintain relationships with government stakeholders and customers.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and risk.
• Prepare for site visits, technical interchange meetings, and reviews.
• Coordinate with Technical Lead to ensure cost/schedule/performance balance.
