Job summary

Leverage Annuities is seeking a Senior Annuity Sales Representative to join a remote, nationwide team. You will meet with pre-retirees and retirees, guided by marketing-generated leads, and advise on guaranteed income strategies.

You’ll lead with questions, present solutions from top carriers, run illustrations, and guide clients from first contact through underwriting and onboarding, using CRM to stay organized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of annuity sales experience with KPI attainment.
• Active Life & Health insurance license.
• Willingness to obtain non-resident licenses in additional states.
• Prior phone and video sales experience.
• Strong consultative approach, leading with questions over products.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain language.
• Comfort with technology-enabled CRM and digital tools.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
• Self-directed and consistent in meeting production targets.
• Experience recommending Fixed Indexed Annuities.
• Familiarity with annuity illustration platforms and major carriers.
• Experience working with retirement-age clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with warm, marketing-generated leads booked on your calendar.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand retirement goals, timeline, and concerns.
• Evaluate client situations and recommend guaranteed income strategies.
• Determine fit and be honest when we cannot help.
• Present annuity solutions, including Fixed Indexed Annuities, clearly.
• Run illustrations and income scenarios with carrier partners.
• Guide clients from first conversation through underwriting and onboarding.
• Engage via phone, email, text, and virtual meetings; maintain Salesforce records.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and client experience.
