Job summary

BetterSleep in the United States is seeking a Sr Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition for a large‑scale mobile app. Fully remote, this role emphasizes measurement, app signal, and collaboration with product to drive lifetime value.

You’ll plan and optimize multi‑channel campaigns, implement data‑driven experimentation, and collaborate with data, creative, product, and engineering teams to push sustainable growth and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in running mobile large‑scale paid online user acquisition campaigns.
• Experience in Meta advertising and Google AdWords.
• Experience with web and app analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Omni, Sigma, or others.
• Data‑driven, collaborative, and results‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, develop, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns with multi‑million dollar budgets.
• Develop and execute a data‑driven experimentation roadmap that unlocks sustainable growth and improves marketing efficiency.
• Collaborate with our Data team to shape attribution, incrementality testing, MMM/MMP strategy, and performance reporting.
• Support in making proactive investment recommendations.
• Identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement; focus on shipping, not just ideating.
