Job summary

TCWGlobal is hiring a Paid User Acquisition Specialist – Mobile App for a temporary parental leave coverage role. This remote, part-time position focuses on driving new member growth for a consumer mobile app, primarily through paid advertising on Meta, with support for Apple Search Ads and Reddit Ads.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of UA experience, deep hands-on skills with Meta Ads Manager, and familiarity with MMPs like AppsFlyer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid user acquisition / performance marketing experience with mobile app campaigns.
• Direct experience managing mobile app campaigns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Apple Search Ads and Reddit Ads; willingness to learn more platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns, mainly via Meta Ads.
• Support campaigns across Meta, ASA, and Reddit Ads.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, targeting, and KPIs.
• Adjust budgets, audiences, bids, placements based on performance.
• Analyze results and report insights and next steps.
• Use AppsFlyer to evaluate attribution and downstream performance.
• Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team during onboarding and handoff.
