Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Key Analytics to lead the centralized Navitus Key Analytics team and translate complex healthcare data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders, aligning underwriting, pricing, rebates, and performance insights to drive growth and retention.

You will collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, Account Management, and other teams to deliver integrated analyses, build dashboards and models, and uphold

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Experience supporting RFPs and competitive market analysis.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, and/or QlikSense preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Navitus Key Analytics team and client performance analytics.
• Oversee integrated analyses combining underwriting, pricing, market intel, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Finance, and more to assess opportunities.
• Advise during client consultations, renewals, RFPs, and market engagements.
• Develop analytics tools, dashboards, models, and reporting solutions.
• Translate data into concise recommendations for executives.
• Identify emerging market trends and pricing considerations.
• Guide requirements gathering and solution design.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable analytics.
• Establish data quality and governance standards.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
