Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design and build the data foundation powering CCS analytics and AI initiatives. You will model clinical, claims, and EMR data, deploy warehouse tables, and ensure data quality for downstream reporting and AI engines.

You will mine Athena EMR via the Dataview, collaborate with data science teams, and implement robust SQL/ETL logic. Strong analytics, documentation, and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with data modeling in clinical/healthcare data.
• Hands-on SQL and Python for large healthcare data sets.
• Ability to translate requirements into data models and warehouse schemas.
• Familiarity with data governance, dictionaries and lineage.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data models for clinical, claims and EMR data.
• Develop and deploy tables, views and schemas in the clinical data warehouse.
• Mine and validate data from Athena EMR and Dataview.
• Collaborate with AI/data science teams to structure data for analytics.
• Maintain ETL/ELT logic and data dictionaries for governance.
