Job summary

The Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Senior Analyst for Life Sciences consulting to support reimbursement, pricing, and market strategy engagements in the US. This is a remote, full-time opportunity with exposure to top pharma clients and rapid career growth.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in Life Sciences consulting, a science-related degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A Market Access background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Science or science-related degree from a top-tier university.
• 1–3 years of Life Sciences Consulting experience.
• Market Access experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude; excellent time and project management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
