Job summary

Norstella’s Dedham Group is seeking an Associate Consultant for Life Sciences Market Access to support project leads, craft strategic analyses, and help shape client recommendations in oncology and specialty therapies. This remote, full‑time role in the United States emphasizes collaboration, rigorous data review, and clear communication with clients and internal teams.

You will guide interns and analysts, structure decks for MECE storytelling, oversee primary and secondary research, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences.
• 3+ years of life sciences Market Access consulting experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and team-player mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of provider and payer dynamics in oncology and rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Support Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Engagement Managers in day-to-day project activities and guide strategic direction.
• Train and develop interns and new hires; oversee intern/analyst workstream progress.
• Structure deck and slide structures for clear MECE storytelling.
• Oversee primary and secondary research to gather key insights.
• Participate in client meetings, cite insights to build credibility and support requests.
• Communicate with senior project managers about responsibilities, timelines, and resource needs.
• Develop detailed project timelines and ensure organized deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.
