Job summary

Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Consultant in Life Sciences Consulting to lead primary and secondary research, develop insightful analyses, and provide strategic recommendations to life sciences clients.

You will manage multiple projects, guide teams, support client relationships, and contribute to proposals and capabilities decks. Requires 4+ years in life sciences market access consulting and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a life science focus.
• 4+ years life sciences Market Access consulting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day management of 3+ projects and guide task delegation.
• Ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Provide direct feedback to junior staff for career development.
• Support client relationships and forecast future project needs.
• Aid in developing project proposals and capabilities decks.
• Communicate project status clearly with senior project managers.
