Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager - AI to lead product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market execution for SHI's AI solutions portfolio.

This role serves as the primary marketing subject matter expert for AI technologies, collaborating with business unit leadership, sales, engineering resources, partner organizations, and marketing stakeholders to develop compelling market narratives, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced product marketing, messaging development, and GTM strategy.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI technologies and market trends.
• Develop customer-focused value propositions and differentiated positioning.
• Executive presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy for SHI's AI portfolio and GTM planning.
• Serve as marketing expert for AI technologies, trends and customer challenges.
• Create customer-centric messaging frameworks and solution narratives.
• Develop sales enablement materials and customer-facing content.
• Support launches and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with campaigns, partner marketing, and demand gen teams.
• Develop content for events, executive briefings, webinars, roadshows, partners.
• Collaborate with technical experts on demos and POC narratives.
