Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on AI and automation experience in business operations or related field.
- Proven track record redesigning workflows and operating models.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from problem to measurable impact.
- Experience with enterprise data, APIs, and integration.
- Experience with LLMs, AI tools and governance.
Responsibilities
- Make business functions AI native.
- Reimagine how teams work with AI, moving from manual operations to AI-powered workflows with human oversight where it matters.
- Shape the AI roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and framing high-impact opportunities.
- Lead solutions from start to finish, delivering end-to-end initiatives from design to adoption.
- Build best-in-class AI agents and workflows using LLMs, APIs, and orchestration platforms.
- Apply sound judgment to balance value, feasibility, risk, data quality, and maintainability.
- Drive AI adoption and self-sufficiency by embedding AI into daily work and creating reusable prompts and workflows.
- Own solutions beyond launch and measure adoption, quality, and business impact.
- Connect the organization by sharing patterns, mentoring peers, and raising standards across teams.
