Job summary

Hidden Jobs seeks a security engineer to lead the organization’s frontier AI security work on the Applications Security team. You will alternate between evaluating frontier AI models for red-teaming cloud infrastructure and validating firmware vulnerabilities on hardware, shaping long-term AI security strategy.

You will partner with engineering, hardware, and leadership to drive AI risk reduction, prototype AI-enabled tooling, and help define a modern security program that protects applications

Qualifications

• Experience integrating, securing, or red-teaming AI-enabled systems (LLMs, agentic workflows).
• Strong background in application security with hands-on firmware/embedded assessments.
• Experience performing offensive security, including cloud red-teaming.
• Ability to communicate technical risk clearly to engineers, hardware teams, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security work across software and hardware, evaluating AI-driven threats and remediation.
• Translate AI security findings into fixes for applications, firmware, and embedded systems.
• Prototype and roll out AI-enabled security tooling and workflows for adoption across the org.
• Partner with engineering, hardware, and senior leaders as the AI security expert on risk.
