Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing customer-facing technology projects.
• Experience with SaaS, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications implementations is preferred.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer-facing SaaS implementations from initiation to closeout.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners to align goals and milestones.
• Apply AI, automation, and data insights to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate workstreams across architecture, integrations, data, environments, testing, and security.
• Translate technical concepts into clear project plans and executive communications.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and financial performance.
